We do not ask for a classic application file. Why? Because we want to get to know you – not your cover letter. A single sentence in the form tells us more than three pages of motivation letter. And for you, the hurdle is lower.
Just tell us who you are and what you are looking for. Whether you want to change jobs, are looking for an apprenticeship or are simply curious – we are happy about every message.

The form asks for very little. To help us respond directly, the following helps:
- Who are you? – Your first name is enough for now
- What are you doing right now? – Mechatronics technician, locksmith, looking for an apprenticeship, career changer…
- What are you looking for? – More diagnostics, better working hours, a new challenge…
- When could you start? – A rough idea is enough
That is all. No cover letter, no CV, no passport photo. If we need to know more, we will ask during the conversation.

Phone call or meeting
We usually get back to you on the same day. We clarify first questions, talk openly about tasks and expectations and arrange a meeting at the workshop.

Trial day
You spend one day working with us. You see our workshop, our equipment, our team. We see how you work. No assessment centre, no role-play.

Decision
Does it fit for both sides? Then we make it official. Does it not fit? No problem, everything stays confidential. We speak plainly, on both sides.
Everything confidential. Your current boss hears nothing.
We know that you are probably working somewhere else right now. Everything we discuss stays between us. We do not contact anyone without your explicit consent. Same for the trial day: if you need a “day off” – we understand. No follow-up questions, no raised eyebrows.
You can also send the form outside our working hours – we will reply on the next working day. So you do not have to make calls during your current shift.
