Manufacturer diagnostics – not every independent workshop has this
We work with XENTRY (Mercedes-Benz), ODIS (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat) and ISTA (BMW, Mini). These are the original diagnostic systems of the manufacturers – the same equipment that authorised dealerships use.
The difference: with us you are not one of 50 mechanics on an assembly line. You have direct access to these systems – every day. You can program control units, perform SCN coding, synchronise immobilisers and run online diagnostics. That is a different level than a universal OBD adapter that only reads fault codes.
For you, this means: you work with tools that move you forward professionally. Whether you stay here, later move to a manufacturer or become self-employed – this experience is a real foundation.
Complex cases instead of routine
Yes, we also do brakes and inspections. But the reason customers come to us from all over Lower Saxony and beyond: the cases that other workshops cannot solve.
- ECU cloning – when an ECU is defective and the key no longer works
- Immobiliser diagnostics – EZS, CAS, immobiliser systems of all brands
- CAN bus analysis – when control units no longer communicate with each other
- Mercedes “entheiraten” (un-pairing) – removing the online requirement with XENTRY
- ADAS calibration – recalibrating camera systems after windscreen replacement
No day is like the other. You are constantly challenged, you keep learning new things and you see vehicles that you would never see in a normal workshop. If that appeals to you – you are in the right place here.
Small team, direct communication with the boss
No HR department, no department head, no time clock. You talk directly to Nils. If you have an idea how to diagnose a fault better – then say it. If you need a tool – then we talk about it.
In a small team every single person counts. Your expertise is heard and appreciated – not lost in a ticketing system. You are not an interchangeable cog, but a specialist we rely on. That also means: responsibility from day 1. If you can handle that, you will grow here.
And yes: if something does not fit, we tell you directly. No back-stabbing, no three layers of hierarchy. Plain words, on both sides.
Trade guild member – further training, master title, supporting young talent
As a member of the trade guild (Innungsbetrieb) we have access to training, manufacturer updates and inter-company courses. For you this means:
- Regular further training opportunities
- Access to technical information from the manufacturers
- Inter-company instruction for apprentices
- Exam preparation and support on the way to the master title
- Support for young talent – the guild invests in the next generation of skilled workers
The master craftsman certificate on the wall is not a decorative element. It stands for a qualification and a standard that shows up in our daily work. If at some point you want to go down that path yourself, we will support you.
Working hours: Mon–Fri 07:30–16:30 – no weekends
No Saturday. No shift work. No night shifts. On Monday morning you know when your weekend will start on Friday afternoon. Plannable, fair, reliable.
Overtime? It happens, but it is the exception, not the rule. And it is recorded. We respect your free time – because rested people do better work. It is that simple.
If you are coming from a workshop that opens on Saturdays or runs shifts: you will notice the difference.
Location Hardegsen – 15 min Northeim, 30 min Göttingen
Hardegsen-Gladebeck is in the district of Northeim. No big city, no congestion, no looking for parking spaces. Instead: A7 motorway access in 10 minutes, 15 minutes to Northeim, 30 minutes to Göttingen.
Free parking directly at the workshop. Those who come from the region know the way. Those commuting from Göttingen: 30 minutes, against traffic – you drive out of the city in the morning, not into it. No rush hour.
And those who live in the countryside know: here people know each other, here people greet each other, and the way to work is not a daily struggle. In the long run that counts more than a foosball table in the break room.
Sounds like the right workplace?
Then get in touch. We talk openly about everything – tasks, salary, expectations. No application theatre.
