What you bring
We are looking for someone who takes their craft seriously and knows that good body work is more than swapping parts.
- Experience in body repair. Whether training as a body and vehicle construction technician or years of practice — show us what you can do.
- Confident handling of welding techniques. MIG/MAG, spot — you know which method is the right one when, and you deliver clean work.
- Experience with alignment bench and body measurement. Straightening a frame is no game of chance — you work precisely and check your result.
- Careful, quality-conscious working style. Your name stands behind every repair. That has to mean something to you.
- Driving licence class B. Moving vehicles and test drives are part of the job.

Your workplace
KFZ Dietrich in Hardegsen-Gladebeck, Meckelstraße 8. A master workshop focused on diagnostics and repair. Body work is an important part of our service spectrum — from accident repair through substance preservation to classic car restoration.
You work on a fully equipped alignment bench, with professional welding equipment and everything you need for clean body work. The vehicles range from everyday cars through company vehicles to well-kept classics.
Our principle: what can be repaired gets repaired. Not because it is easier — but because it often makes the better repair. That demands more skill than ordering parts. That is exactly why we are looking for you.
The team is small and direct. No long communication paths, no departmental boundaries. When the mechatronics technician next door needs your opinion on a body question, he asks you — and the other way around.
